Data Voluntarily Provided by the User

In the event that the User, by using certain features of the Site, should release to “Company Name” Personal Data belonging to third parties, the User assumes the position of Data Controller, with all the obligations and legal responsibilities deriving therefrom. The Data Controller (data controller) is "the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body which, individually or together with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data" (art. 4. paragraph 1, no. 7 GDPR). In essence, the owner is the one who processes the data without receiving instructions from others, the one who decides "why" and "how" the data should be processed.
